Temple Fork Outfitters TFO PRO II

Temple Fork Surf Rods are lightweight and powerful thanks to modern carbon fiber technology, but their price won't break the bank. The 1065 is probably the choice for all-around NorthEast surfcasting from plugs to eels. Might be a little heavy for the lightest plugs and a little light for the very biggest but otherwise you'll almost always have the right stick in hand. The 1106 has become very popular at the Cape Cod Canal and is optimized for throwing bigger plugs and bucktails.
